Since 2006, the Spa 35 Team is lead by three Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, and highly trained Estheticians.
The Spa 35 team has many years of experience in medical aesthetics. Their experience runs from the minimally invasive Botox injection to the more aggressive laser resurfacing peels and medical grade chemical peels. Your dermal filler and Botox injections will be performed by a Registered Nurse or Nurse Practitioner - we believe a medical spa should have a strong medical team. Lori Rishel-Klotovich
Nurse Practitioner and Medical Director
Lori Rishel has been the Medical Director of Spa 35 since 2005 where she has focused her medical skills on the use of cosmetic injectables and other minimally invasive procedures such as CoolSculpting and Intense Pulsed Light Therapy (IPL), to help Spa 35 clients achieve their cosmetic goals. Her experience is vast, having completed more than six thousand sessions of Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, IPL, Kybella and Laser Resurfacing.
Lori’s tenure at Spa 35 and expertise in nursing has provided her the opportunity to complete extensive training in aesthetics, specializing in advanced injection techniques in dermal fillers (i.e. Juvederm, Juvederm Voluma, Belotero, Restylane, and Kybella). Lori’s advanced training has been achieved under cosmetic industry specialists including Dr. Dr. Michael Bailey, Dr. Steve Yolein, and Dr. Mauricio de Maio.
Lori’s artistic eye, precise touch and nurse practitioner experience have attracted clients of all ages interested in looking and feeling their best. Her medical experience is extensive with more than fifteen years as a nurse practitioner, including several years in hospital patient care and NP roles in wound care and gastroenterology. Lori attended the University of San Francisco School of Nursing where she obtained a Master’s degree in Nursing and her Nurse Practitioner license in 2001.
Lori is one of the original Medical Spa providers in Idaho, starting cosmetic injections in the days of bovine collagen before dermal fillers like Juvederm and Restylane we developer. With many years of experience (since 2005) Lori is highly knowledgeable resource for the Spa 35 providers.
Missy Maclean, Nurse Practitioner
Formerly a critical care flight nurse, you are in great hands when visiting with Missy. Before joining Spa 35 Missy worked for Air St. Luke’s helping patients with urgent medical conditions with the best possible care during critical moments of life.
At Spa 35 Missy performs a wide range of services including: Medical Weight Loss (Semaglutide and Tirzepatide), Botox/Dysport injections (Crow’s feet, wrinkles), Dermal Filler Injections (e.g. Restylane Lyft, Sculptra), Intima laser treatments (Vaginal), O-Shots and CO2 laser resurfacing.
Missy enjoys helping Spa 35 clients live a healthier lifestyle with the assistance of Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. These GLP-1 antagonist are changing how the medical industry helps people maintain a healthy body mass and control blood glucose levels.
Rosa Hickman, Nurse Practitioner
Hi! Becoming a Nurse Practitioner was my life’s passion and I’m so happy to help Spa 35 clients with all the skills I’ve learned as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. My favorite way to help my customers is with the Restylane family of dermal fillers. So many people come in without understanding all the things they can do to bring out their inner beauty and it energizes me every morning to coming into Spa 35 and share my years of knowledge. Weather you’re looking for a little pick me up, for a full on “get ready for my daughters wedding photos”, I’d love to spend some time with you!
Rosa is a Nurse Practitioner who loves Botox and Dermal Filler injections. She also performs Intima Vaginal Laser treatments and O-Shots.
Rosa is bi-lingual and a great connection for our Spanish speaking clients.
Danielle (Dani) Stanger, Registered Nurse
A nurse since 2010, Dani has a passion for helping people. Before Joining Spa 35 Dani worked for over than ten years in hospitals as a Registered Nurse helping patients in a hospital environment.
At Spa 35 Dani specializes in cosmetic injection of GLP-1s, Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Juvederm and Sculptra. Be sure and ask her about before and after photos for kissable lips, it is one of Dani’s favorite services.
Kim - Registered Nurse Injector

Kim is an experienced professional in the cosmetology industry, with over 13 years of expertise and a passion for helping clients feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. For the past 5 years, she has specialized in cosmetic injecting, and continues to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and trends.
Some of her aspirations are to enhance natural beauty one injection at a time, filling the world with confidence and radiance and embracing individual beauty.
Madi - Esthetician
An Aesthetician since 2016 Madi also went on to finish Medical Assisting school, phlebotomy and IV certification in 2018. Before coming to Spa 35, Madi worked in Plastic Surgery and Dermatology since 2019. Madi uses her previous medical knowledge to make sure each client has a well rounded, custom treatment plan and is an advocate for skin cancer prevention and overall skin health.
Madi does laser hair removal, IPL, Frax, Sublative, tattoo removal, hydrafacial, chemical peels, microneedling, and Coolsculpting.
Haley Keay - Esthetician
Haley is a dedicated esthetician with a background in medical massage and skincare. She tailors treatments for each client based on their needs. Specializing in IPL, Frax, microneedling, tattoo removal, laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, Hydrafacial, and chemical peels, Haley delivers personalized care to help clients achieve optimal skin health.

Alex Hoyt, Director of Marketing and Communications
Leader of Spa 35 client communications focused on ensuring Spa 35 clients have high level of awareness of appropriate procedures. Alex has worked in various positions in Seattle, New York and Los Angeles. After attending graduate school in London, England she returned to the United States and worked as a film publicist in New York City and Los Angeles. A native of Boise, Alex returned to the Treasure Valley. Alex’s artistic eye, strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns makes her a valuable asset to the Spa 35 team. In her free time Alex enjoys traveling and exploring the beautiful outdoors throughout Idaho.
Warren Danforth, Owner of Spa 35, is a member of the American Medical Spa Association Aesthetic Safety Council
Warren Danforth created the concept for Spa 35 based upon the thought that thirty-five is the perfect age, old enough to be taken seriously, but not considered "too-old". He had a vision of non-invasion cosmetic treatments helping people look and feel their best far beyond the age of thirty-five.
Since opening in 2006 Spa 35 has developed a national reputation for excellence, with intense focus on customer experience and an extensive suite of cosmetic lasers solutions. Warren is a Key Opinion Leader for Candela Medical, the first ever non-physician in this role. He shares Med Spa best practices with Candela Medical customers as a Key Opinion Leader, speaking about the selection of energy-based cosmetic devices and effectively communicating their benefits to customers. Warren is also a member of the American Medical Spa Association (AmSpa) Safety Council (AASC). The overarching goals of the AASC are to do the following in the medical aesthetic industry:
Promote compliance, safety and proper training. Promote cooperation and community over competition. Provide feedback and help refine AmSpa's practice guidelines.
When not at Spa 35 you many find him at a Boise Chamber of Commerce event, chairing the small business CEO round table or attending other local business events.

Fantastic Results in Boise, Idaho
Had Voluma for undereye circles and a touch-up for "breaks" in my cheeks due to age and heredity. Bruising and swelling lasted about a week after the eyes, almost none after the cheeks. I’m sooo happy with the results! I still look like me, just a rested, healthier version! There’s a softening of my features that I couldn’t get from a bottle. Minimal pain (like Botox). Warren answers questions without rushing, and Lori is amazing—she ensures comfort and great results every time. 5 stars!
