Vibraderm
A newer more advanced system, Vibraderm, produces smoother skin in just 10 minutes using vibrating paddles to slough off surface skin cells while key bio-nutrients can be infused deep into the dermis leaving skin polished and the surface smoother. Vibraderm is unlike traditional microdermabrasion treatments that use crystals to "sandblast" the skin.
Helpful For:
Dull aging skin, fine lines, uneven texture and enlarged pores.
Benefits:
Simple, quick, satisfying and effective with visible results and no downtime.
What to Expect:
- A Skinscan analysis and consultation with a Skin Specialist to determine if a Vibraderm treatment is right for you. Skinscans are taken throughout the treatment regimen to visually illustrate and track the improvement of the skin.
- Results are cumulative and will diminish without regular in-spa maintenance and an at-home exfoliation regimen.
- A series of three to six treatments spaced no more than two to three weeks apart are recommended.
- Lasers, BOTOX® Cosmetic, Restylane®, and Photodynamic Therapy boosters are suggested for more long-term meaningful results.
- An excellent pre-procedure protocol for laser and other advanced cosmetic treatments. Clients undergoing laser, Photodynamic Therapy boosters or other cosmetic treatments may be placed on a Vibraderm treatment regimen prior to undergoing their treatment regimen.
- Regular maintenance and at-home care is required to maintain desired results.
Things to Consider:
- Virtually no downtime.
- Minimal risk.
- Pink coloration and post treatment flaking is to be expected, this is a temporary condition and resolves in a few days.
- Sun block is a must due to increased sun sensitivity.
What You Need to Know:
What is the difference between Chemical Peels and Vibraderm treatments?
Increasing cell turnover and sloughing off dead skin cells results in a younger healthier complexion and is a benefit of both treatments. Vibraderm treatments physically remove dead skin cells for a gentle exfoliation. Chemical peels dissolve the intercellular matrix that prevents newer, fresher skin cells from rising to the surface. While both treatments offer similar results, the mild stinging, redness and post treatment flaking associated with chemical peels may not be advantageous for some.
What is the difference between traditional day spa microdermabrasion treatments and Spa 35's more advanced Vibraderm treatment?
Traditional microdermabrasion treatments use superfine crystals to "sandblast" the skin. A newer more advanced system, Vibraderm, produces smoother skin in 10 minutes. Vibrating paddles slough off dead skin cells while key bio-nutrients can be infused deep into the dermis leaving skin polished and the surface smoother.
